What clients see before they confirm an appointment

Before you send a link to anybody it is worth knowing exactly what is on the other end of it. There is no app to install and no account to create. A client opens the link, picks what they want, and pays.

1. Your services

The first screen is your service list: the name you gave each service, how long it takes, and what it costs. Nothing else. If a service has a deposit, it says so here rather than as a surprise at the end.

2. Who and when

If more than one person takes appointments, the client chooses. Then they get open times, which come from that person's working hours minus anything already booked. A time that is not free is not offered, so there is nothing to ask for and be refused.

3. Their details

Name, email and phone. That is what you need to confirm the appointment and to reach them if something changes, and it becomes their record in your client list.

4. What they owe, before the card

This is the screen that matters most. The client sees the service price, the deposit you set, and the $2.99 booking fee on its own line, added up, before they enter a card. Using the worked example: a $60.00 service with a $15.00 deposit shows $15.00 plus $2.99, a total of $17.99 now, and $45.00 due at the appointment.

Nobody is charged a fee they were not shown. That is the whole reason the software costs you nothing: the fee is disclosed to the client, on that screen, every time.

5. Confirmation

The client gets a confirmation with the service, the time, who they are seeing and what is left to pay, and a link they can open later to see or cancel the appointment without signing in to anything. The appointment appears in your calendar at the same moment.

Try it on yourself first

Open your own booking page on your phone before you share it, the way a client would. Read your service names as somebody who does not work there. Most of the edits people make after seeing it are about wording, not settings, and they take a couple of minutes. Setting the page up in the first place takes about 30 to 60 minutes, most of which is deciding your services and your hours.

Give clients a place to book you online.

No subscription, no setup fee, and no cut of what you charge for the service. Create the account, add your services and hours, and share your link.
